Age Groups: 10/11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17/Ov

Qualifying Times
All qualifying times must be achieved in licensed competition between 1st January 2022 and 18th December 2022 and be on the Swim England ranking list before the closing date for entries.

All QT's include 100th of a second
​
Deadline
All entries must be submitted via your club's representative by midnight on December 21st 2022 for Long Distance and midnight on 4th January 2023 for Sprints

Session 3 to 10: Tickets only entry which can purchased from your club rep in advance. You will not be allowed in if you do not have a ticket.
