Entry Cost

£12 per relay team

Spectators

£6 all day (under 8's Free of Charge). Card payments accepted. There is a café on site at the centre.

Warm-up and Start Time

The fixed depth pool (underneath the score board) will be available throughout the competition as a Warm up / Cool down pool.

AM Session 

Warm up: 8:30am - 9:15am

Start time: 9:20am 

Est Finish time: 12:15pm

PM Session 

Warm up: 1pm - 1:45pm

Start time: 1:50pm

Est Finish time: 4:30pm

Warm Up 1: Masters / Open (Male and Female)

Warm Up 2: age 13-14 / age 15-16 (Male and Female) 

Warm Up 3: age 9-10 / age 11-12 (Male and Female)

 

Parking

Parking at the Sandwell Aquatics Centre will be reserved for Officials, Event Volunteers, Coaches and Team Managers only - passes will be sent out via email. 

Parking for spectators will be available at the Harry Mitchell Leisure Centre, Broomfield, Smethwick, B67 7DH. Drop off for swimmers at the centre permitted.

Swimmers

Please bring a small camping chair for the poolside. (There are limited benches available)

​

Lane Draw

Please use the link on the right to see the draw. Lanes for heats and events that have gone straight to final (8 teams or less participating) have been done by a random draw.

Hosting Clubs

Each club to provide 2 x personnel (not including officials)
